The latex is based on butadiene, styrene as the main monomer, unsaturated carboxylic acid as the third monomer, the use of DCS automatic control, high temperature emulsion polymerization of the carboxylated styrene butadiene latex. The latex is suitable for textile, nonwoven processing and carpet backcoat.

The latex is a milky white or microstrip blue viscous emulsion. Features: high total solid content, moderate viscosity, good water resistance; adhesion and high tensile strength of the film; mobility, storage, good filling, mechanical and chemical stability. Performance close to the natural latex, can be directly added to a large number of solid fillers, and calcium carbonate filler has good compatibility and hard plastic blending has a good compatibility. The bond strength between the fibers is high, the tensile strength is excellent, the aging resistance is self-crosslinking, and the vulcanization system is formed without the use of sulfur and accelerator.

Transport storage

Transport should prevent low temperature and sunlight exposure, to avoid packaging damage and debris mixed. Storage temperature should be kept at 5-35 ℃ cool and ventilated, to avoid long-term exposure to the air and the sun, the quality assurance period from the date of production for 6 months.
