Carpet adhesive, suitable for all kinds of fibers, non-woven fabrics, asphalt, PVC smooth APO and other polymer-backed carpet blocks for pasting and laying, to prevent carpet blocks from sliding, displacement and warping, and can be easily peeled off when needed From replacement.
Matters needing attention before using carpet adhesives:
Primary processing:
The base layer must be clean and free of debris, flat and solid, dry and free of cracks. For super absorbent substrates, treat with multifunctional water-based interface agent. Rough or uneven substrates must be leveled with self-levelling cement. New concrete and mortar layers must be tested for moisture content and less than 4% before construction, otherwise an epoxy moisture-proof interface agent system can be used for moisture-proof treatment.
How to use carpet adhesive:
The material should be stirred evenly before use, and the product should be evenly applied to the base layer with a roller or a toothed spatula. About 30 minutes after sizing, the carpet can be laid after the glue becomes transparent. After laying down the carpet, use a wooden board scraper or a roller to roll out the air to ensure that the adhesive layer is in full contact with the floor. If necessary, compact with heavy objects to avoid the corners of the seam from rising.
