As of the end of December 2020, 212 textile enterprises and 10 labor-intensive enterprises in the region have enjoyed special electricity price policies, and have reduced electricity costs by 732 million yuan.
It is reported that since January 1, 2015, regional textile and garment enterprises and labor-intensive enterprises (toys, wigs, etc.) have implemented a comprehensive household electricity price of 0.38 yuan/kWh, and a national financial subsidy of 0.03 yuan/kWh, and finally enjoy 0.35 yuan. /KWh, compared with 0.551 yuan/kWh for industrial electricity, reducing the cost of enterprise electricity consumption by 0.171 yuan/kWh.

During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the regional bureaus of industry and information technology actively coordinated with the State Grid Aksu Power Supply Company to declare the textile and garment enterprises and labor-intensive enterprises that enjoy the policy on a quarterly basis to ensure that the enterprises enjoy the special electricity price policy and electricity subsidy for textile and garment enterprises in the autonomous region in time. At the same time, the cadres of the regional bureau of industry and information technology took the initiative to go deep into the counties (cities) and enterprises to carry out on-site inspection and supervision to promote the implementation of the electricity price reduction policy.
